目的:建立微波消解---石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,用于蜂胶中铅含量的测定。方法:样品中加入硝酸进行微波消解,加入磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂以改善峰形和灵敏度,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行铅含量的测定。结果:在优化的最佳消解条件和检测条件下,该方法具有很好的灵敏度,试验的R S D为3.1%,回收率为97.00%~101.00%,检出限为0.05m g/k g。结论:该方法操作简便,快速、检出限低、结果可靠,可用于蜂胶中铅的测定。

ObjectiveTo establish a microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, used for the determination of lead in propolis.MethodsMicrowave digestion sample in nitric acid, adding ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier to improve the sensitivity and peak shape, by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of lead content.ResultsIn the optimization of the optimum digestion conditions and testing conditions, this method has good sensitivity, test the RSD was 3.1%, the recovery is 97.0% ~ 97.0%, the detection limit of 0.05 mg/kg.ConclusionThe method is simple, fast, low detection limit, the result is reliable, can be used for the determination of lead in propolis.
