目的分析小儿肘关节损伤X线表现，总结骨折发生类型及漏诊原因分析，提高X线诊断率。方法回顾分析我院2012年~2014年儿童肘部外伤后X线检查168例，89例未见明显异常，70例脂肪垫征阳性，各种类型骨折54例，其中经上级医院复检、加照健侧对比、规范投照体位及短期复查发现各种漏诊病例10例。结论熟悉儿童肘关节X线解剖结构及骨骺出现时间顺序，规范投照体位及健侧对比是避免漏诊重要方法。

Objective To analysis the X-ray manifestations of pediatric elbow injury, fracture type and summarize the reason of misdiagnosis analysis, improve the X-ray diagnosis rate. Methods In our hospital during 2012~2014 after pediatric elbow injury of X-ray findings of 168 cases were retrospectively analyzed, 89 cases had no obvious abnormalities, 70 cases of buccal fat pad was positive, various types of fractures in 54 cases, of which the superior hospital rehabilitation, and as healthy side comparison, standard projection position and short review found a variety of cases of missed diagnosis 10 cases. Conclusion Understanding of children elbow X-ray anatomy structure and epiphysis sequence, standardize the projection position and contralateral comparison is an important method to avoid missed diagnosis.
