本文按照测定不确定度的通用规则,建立数学模型,对氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定载金炭中的汞的不确定度进行评定。分析方法中不确定度来源,归纳影响不确定度的主要因素,计算了各个影响因素的不确定度,最后计算出总得不确定度。结果表明绘制标准曲线是氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定载金炭中的汞的不确定度的主要因素。

In this paper, mathematical model was established in accordance with the determination rule of uncertainty degree, and the uncertainty degree of mercury in the carbon loaded with gold determined was assessed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method. The sources of uncertainty degree were analyzed, the main factors that affecting the uncertainty degree were summarized, the uncertainty degree of various factors was calculated. Finally, the total uncertainty degree was calculated. The results show that drawing standard curves is the main factor of determining uncertainty degree of mercury in the carbon loaded with gold, which by hydride generation-atomic lfuorescence spectrometry method.
