目的了解我院急救中心"512"地震患者抗感染药物临床应用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法统计本院急救中心2008年5月12日~6月12日各类抗感染药物临床应用数量、用药金额、构成比、DDDs及排序。结果用药频度为依次青霉素类、头孢菌素类、单环类、喹诺酮类。结论本院抗感染药物临床应用基本合理。

목적료해아원급구중심"512"지진환자항감염약물림상응용정황，위림상합리용약제공의거。방법통계본원급구중심2008년5월12일~6월12일각류항감염약물림상응용수량、용약금액、구성비、DDDs급배서。결과용약빈도위의차청매소류、두포균소류、단배류、규낙동류。결론본원항감염약물림상응용기본합리。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of anti-infective agents in our our emergency center about "512" earthquake patients.Methods We reviewed and statistical y analyzed the medication amount,proportional rates,DDDs and their sequences of each kind of anti-infective agents in clinical use in one month after"512"earthquake.Results According DDDs,use frequence in turn are penicil ins,cephalosporin,simple ring,quinolones.Conclusion The statistics show that the clinical application of anti-infective agents in our emergency center is reasonable.
