连续油管定点喷砂射孔多层环空加砂压裂是喷砂射孔和环空压裂的一体化工艺,一趟管柱可以实现多层射孔压裂,适用于致密油气藏、页岩油气藏等非常规油气藏,特别是多层、薄层油气藏进行有效准确定位射孔压裂施工。针对新疆油田某些区块的低压、低产、低渗的特点,研制了一套用于连续油管定点喷砂射孔多层环空加砂压裂的工艺管柱,并对关键零部件进行了有限元计算。试验表明,该技术降低了射孔和压裂施工风险,施工周期短、定位射孔准确、施工后井筒清洁,可以直接下入生产管柱进行生产。为低压、低产、低渗提供了高效安全的施工方法。
連續油管定點噴砂射孔多層環空加砂壓裂是噴砂射孔和環空壓裂的一體化工藝,一趟管柱可以實現多層射孔壓裂,適用于緻密油氣藏、頁巖油氣藏等非常規油氣藏,特彆是多層、薄層油氣藏進行有效準確定位射孔壓裂施工。針對新疆油田某些區塊的低壓、低產、低滲的特點,研製瞭一套用于連續油管定點噴砂射孔多層環空加砂壓裂的工藝管柱,併對關鍵零部件進行瞭有限元計算。試驗錶明,該技術降低瞭射孔和壓裂施工風險,施工週期短、定位射孔準確、施工後井筒清潔,可以直接下入生產管柱進行生產。為低壓、低產、低滲提供瞭高效安全的施工方法。

The coiled tubing fixed-point abrasive perforating and multilayer annulus add-sand frac-turing process are the technology of integrating perforating and fracturing,a tubular column can realize the purpose of multi-layer perforation and fracturing one time,and it implements the explo-ration and development of oil and gas reservoirs such as dense reservoirs,shale reservoirs.It is particularly effective for accurate positioning perforation fracturing of multilayer and thin layer. For some Xinjiang oilfield block with low pressure,low productive and low permeability,a set of tool string used in coiled tubing fixed-point abrasive perforating and multilayer annulus add-sand fracturing was designed,and the parameters of key components and parts were calculated.Test showed that the technology reduced the risk of perforating and fracturing operation,shorten oper-ation cycle,and positioning accurately,and the wellbore was clean after construction.Thus,it pro-vided an efficient and safe method for low pressure,low productivity,and low permeability reservoirs.
