为了设计一种稳固性好、加工方便且美观实惠的平板折叠桌,根据空间解析几何知识建立模型以反映创意平板折叠桌的动态变化过程。在保证折叠桌稳定性的基础上,通过建立多目标非线性规划模型,寻求使得用料最省、加工最方便的创意平板折叠桌的钢筋位置、开槽长度等工艺参数。在用户给定折叠桌的高为70 cm,桌面圆半径为80 cm时,编写了寻求设计制作最优解的算法,并通过Matlab编程求解得到了满足要求的创意平板折叠桌。

In order to design stable, fabrication?friendly, beautiful and affordable flat folding tables, a model was established to reflect the dynamic process of creative flat folding tables with the knowledge of analytic geometry. With a multi?objective nonlin?ear programming model, the most cost?effective and fabrication?friendly design parameters of the flat folding table, such as rein?forced location, slot length and so on, were obtained. Given that the folding table is 70 cm high and desktop circle radius is 80 cm, algorithms to seek optimal solution for the specific dimensions were put forward. Finally, the required creative flat folding table was obtained with Matlab programming.
