间质纤维化是肾脏疾病进展的主要因素之一。一些动物模型可作为研究肾纤维化的对象。单侧输尿管梗阻( UUO)的出现成为一个研究肾纤维化机制的重要模型，对肾纤维化进展的分子和细胞水平机制提供有价值的观点。然而，无论是对肾脏功能的测定，还是对干细胞在肾脏的影响和药物的治疗评价均存在不足。 UUO再通( RUUO)模型是建立在UUO模型的基础之上，弥补了上述的不足。

Interstitial fibrosis is one of the main factors of kidney disease progression. Some animal mod-els can be used as the objects of study of renal fibrosis. Unilateral ureteral obstruction( UUO) has become an important model for the study of renal fibrosis mechanisms,providing valuable perspective to the molecular and cellular mechanisms. But both the determination of renal function and the impact of stem cells in the kid-ney as well as drug treatment evaluation have deficiency. Reversible UUO ( RUUO) model is based on the UUO model,has made up these deficiencies.
