微RNA( miRNAs)广泛存在于动植物体内,在转录后水平调控基因表达。 miRNAs在调控细胞内基因表达过程中,通过参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡的细胞信号转导途径发挥作用；与此同时, miRNAs的重要作用也成为分子领域研究的新热点。经国外学者初步探讨认为,miR-155在妇科恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及预后中发挥了重要作用。该文就miR-155与妇科恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展予以综述。

microRNA (miRNAs) widely exist in animals and plants,which regulate the expression of gene at post transcription level. miRNAsare involved in the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis path-ways in the regulation of intracellular gene expression. miRNAs have become the new hotspot of molecular research. The preliminary research found that miR-155 plays important roles in the occurrence,progression and prognosis in malignant gynecologic tumors. Here is to make a review of studies of miR-155 in malignant gynecologic tumors.
