目的：探索Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的有效治疗方法。方法将50例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组25例，在积极治疗原发病、及时纠正贫血及低蛋白血症、抗感染等全身综合治疗的基础上，治疗组采用皮肤再生医疗技术结合红光照射治疗，每日照射1次，每次15～20 min，并根据创面情况每日换药1～3次；对照组采用常规外科换药结合红光照射治疗，每日照射1次，每次15～20 min，并根据创面情况每日换药1～2次。对比观察两组患者创面愈合情况。结果治疗组患者的压疮创面全部自行愈合，愈合时间最短为9 d，最长为91 d；对照组患者的压疮创面也全部愈合，但其中5例采用自体皮移植封闭创面，愈合时间最短为15 d，最长为108 d。两组患者创面愈合时间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0?05）。结论皮肤再生医疗技术结合红光照射治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮疗效显著，可促进创面愈合、减少瘢痕增生，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐색Ⅲ、Ⅳ기압창적유효치료방법。방법장50례Ⅲ、Ⅳ기압창환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조25례，재적겁치료원발병、급시규정빈혈급저단백혈증、항감염등전신종합치료적기출상，치료조채용피부재생의료기술결합홍광조사치료，매일조사1차，매차15～20 min，병근거창면정황매일환약1～3차；대조조채용상규외과환약결합홍광조사치료，매일조사1차，매차15～20 min，병근거창면정황매일환약1～2차。대비관찰량조환자창면유합정황。결과치료조환자적압창창면전부자행유합，유합시간최단위9 d，최장위91 d；대조조환자적압창창면야전부유합，단기중5례채용자체피이식봉폐창면，유합시간최단위15 d，최장위108 d。량조환자창면유합시간대비，차이구유통계학의의（P﹤0?05）。결론피부재생의료기술결합홍광조사치료Ⅲ、Ⅳ기압창료효현저，가촉진창면유합、감소반흔증생，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the effective methods of treating pressure ulcers of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Methods Randomly divided the 50 patients with pressure ulcers of stageⅢandⅣinto treatment group and control group and each group had 25 cases. On the basis of systemic comprehensive management of treating the primary disease actively, correcting the anemia and hypoalbuminemia timely, and anti?infection, applied the Skin Regenerative Medical Technique combined with Red Light Irradiation in the treatment group, iraadiated once a day for 15-20 minutes and changed MEBO dressing 1-3 times per day according to the wound condition;In control group, applied the conventional dressing changes combined with Red Light Irradiation was applied, with the irradiation done once per day for 15 -20 minutes and dressing changed 1-2 times per day according to the wound condition. The wound healing status in both groups was comparatively observed. Results The wounds of all the cases in treatment group healed completely and the shortest healing time was 9 days and the longest healing time was 91 days;while in control group, the wounds of all cases healed completely but 5 cases’ wounds were closed by autologous skin grafting, and the shortest healing time was 15 days and the longest time was 108 days. Com?parison of the wound healing time in both groups indicated that the difference had statistical significance ( P ﹤0?05 ) . Conclusion Skin Regenerative Medical Technique combined with Red Light Irradiation has an significant curative effect in treating pressure ulcers of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. It can promote the wound healing and reduce the scar hyperplasia, worth to be popularized.
