目的：探讨单鼻孔经蝶窦垂体瘤切除术患者的围术期护理。方法选取2012年12月至2014年10月在朝阳市中心医院就诊的单鼻孔经蝶窦垂体瘤切除术患者资料62例，按护理措施不同将其分为观察组和对照组，各31例。观察组患者采用围术期护理，对照组患者采用常规护理，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评价，并记录并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的 SAS、SDS 评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加强经单鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理，可明显降低术后并发症，缓解患者围术期的焦虑、抑郁情绪。
목적：탐토단비공경접두수체류절제술환자적위술기호리。방법선취2012년12월지2014년10월재조양시중심의원취진적단비공경접두수체류절제술환자자료62례，안호리조시불동장기분위관찰조화대조조，각31례。관찰조환자채용위술기호리，대조조환자채용상규호리，채용초필자평량표（SAS）화억욱자평량표（SDS）대환자초필、억욱정서진행평개，병기록병발증발생정황。결과관찰조환자적 SAS、SDS 평분균명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）；관찰조환자적병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론가강경단비접두수체류절제술환자위술기호리，가명현강저술후병발증，완해환자위술기적초필、억욱정서。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the resection of pituitary tumor of single nose pituitary tumor.Methods From December 2014 to October 2012, 62 patients with pituitary tumor resection were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group the peri operative nursing intervention,the control group were treated with routine nursing,by anxiety self rating scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)on patients with anxiety and depression were evaluated and record the occurrence of complications.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05); observation group,the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of pituitary tumor resection can reduce the postoperative complications and relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients.
