目的调查分析我县食品安全知识的培训状况。方法对我县1150名食品生产经营人员采用问卷调查表填写的方法，进行统计和分析。结果45.9%的调查对象是第一次参加食品卫生知识培训，培训2~8次的分别占22.6%、10.3%、7.2%、6.8%、3.4%、2.7%、1.1%。结论食品生产经营人员要不断加强食品安全知识培训，提高对食品卫生的重视，确保食品安全，防止食源性疾病的发生。

Objective To investigate and analyze the county food safety knowledge training.Methods The questionnaire fil ed out by the county 1150 persons engaged in food production or marketing, statistics and analysis.Results 45.9%of the respondents are the first to participate in the food hygiene knowledge training, training 2 times and 8 times respectively accounted for 22.6%,10.3%,7.2%, 6.8%,3.4%,2.7%,1.1%.Conclusion The food production and business operation personnel should continue to strengthen food safety training to improve food hygiene and at ention,to ensure food safety and prevent food borne diseases.
