麻醉学科临床型研究生综合素质培养，相对于其他学科临床研究生而言，更加强调临床技能与思维路径的训练。需要具备的基础条件包括麻醉学及相关临床学科理论知识的综合学习与运用，以达到与相关科室专业间的融合。通过模拟教学、日常工作以及专科培训，辅导学生固化正确操作技术、积累临床经验。在充分的临床麻醉能力训练中，强调临床思维及心理素质的训练，强化临床中准确思维的逻辑性和培养强大的心理耐受力。结合时代要求，完成科学研究能力的训练，特别训练学生结合临床工作能敏锐发现问题、凝练科学问题的能力，为学生成长为临床医学家奠定基础。同时，要求达到一定的外语学习及应用能力。

Compared with the clinical postgraduates in other departments, the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of the clinical postgraduates in anesthesia department should put more emphasis on the training of clinical skill and thoughts pathways. The basic conditions required included the study and apply of anesthesiology and related clinical theoretical knowledge, so as to achieve the combination among related departments. Through imitating teaching, daily work and professional training, we could help the students strengthen the correct operating skill and accumulate clinical experience. In the process of sufficient clinical anesthesia skill training, we should put emphasis on the training of clinical thoughts and psychological quality, strengthen accurate logicality as well as cultivate strong psychological capability. Combined with the requirements of the time, we should finish the training of scientific research capability, especially the ability of discovering problems as well as researching combined with clinical work among the students, lay foundation for them to be clinical doctors in the future, and also achieve certain studying and applying ability of foreign language at the same time.
