现有的顶部驱动装置中的旋转头主要有单负荷通道和双负荷通道2种传递形式。分析了2种结构形式的优缺点，采用回转支承和芯轴结构，设计了新的旋转头，具有单负荷通道的简单结构，又延续了双负荷通道的传递形式，能有效延长了主轴的使用寿命。
현유적정부구동장치중적선전두주요유단부하통도화쌍부하통도2충전체형식。분석료2충결구형식적우결점，채용회전지승화심축결구，설계료신적선전두，구유단부하통도적간단결구，우연속료쌍부하통도적전체형식，능유효연장료주축적사용수명。
The existing rotating heads of top drive drilling system are divided into single load path type and dual load path type.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of rotating head,a new type of rotating head is reasonable designed by adopting slewing bearing and mandrel.The new rotating head used dual load path but possessed simple structure,which can prolong the service life of the main shaft of the top drive drilling system.
