合理降低钻井泵冲次可以提高钻井泵内活塞、活塞皮碗、缸套、泵阀等易损件的工作寿命,提高钻井泵可靠性,从而缩减钻井泵停车检修时间,提升钻井泵作业效率。提出了一种对置活塞结构泵,介绍了其结构及工作原理。与传统活塞钻井泵相比,在相同钻进作业流量需求场合,对置活塞泵冲次可以大大降低,理论上可减小50%;通过动力学分析软件的运动学仿真分析得出,对置活塞泵活塞速度幅值变化量减小50%,速度曲线波动程度减弱;加速度幅值变化量减小75%,加速度曲线波动程度减弱。在相同流量需求场合,对置活塞泵冲次更低,运转更加平稳。

By reducing the pump speed of the drilling pump reasonably,the service life of the quick-wear parts of the drilling pump such as the piston,the piston seal,the cylinder liner and the pump valve can be increased,thus the reliability of the drilling pump can be improved.Thus the time spent in repair work of the drilling pump can be reduced,and the pump efficiency can be im-proved.To reduce the pump speed reasonably is a promising trend for the drilling pump.Based on this,a new drilling pump with the opposed piston structure is proposed,the mechanism and opera-tion principle of the opposed piston pump (OPP)is introduced.Theoretical analysis concluded that with the same flow rate demand,the pump speed of the OPP could be reduced by half com-pared with that of the conventional drilling pump.The kinematic simulations based on dynamic software indicated that the velocity amplitude of the OPP piston reduced by 50%,the velocity fluctuation of the OPP piston significantly reduced compared with that of the conventional drilling pump,and the acceleration amplitude of the OPP piston reduced by 75%,the acceleration fluctua-tion of the OPP piston significantly reduced compared with that of the conventional drilling pump.Under the same flow rate demand,the OPP works more smoothly with lower pump speed and improved reliability.
