为研究枯草芽孢杆菌 Bs -15对草甘膦的降解作用,以草甘膦异丙胺盐为药剂,对 Bs -15降解草甘膦异丙胺盐的能力进行驯化,并对其培养条件进行优化,测定该菌对草甘膦异丙胺盐的降解率。结果表明, Bs -15可耐受的草甘膦异丙胺盐浓度为40000 mg/L;草甘膦异丙胺盐浓度不高于10000 mg/L,培养基初始pH 值为8.0,接种比例为4%,于35°C、180 r/min 条件下培养60 h,可获得最佳降解,结合实际生产,将培养温度定为30℃;在上述优化条件下,Bs -15对草甘膦异丙胺盐的降解率可达70%左右。

위연구고초아포간균 Bs -15대초감련적강해작용,이초감련이병알염위약제,대 Bs -15강해초감련이병알염적능력진행순화,병대기배양조건진행우화,측정해균대초감련이병알염적강해솔。결과표명, Bs -15가내수적초감련이병알염농도위40000 mg/L;초감련이병알염농도불고우10000 mg/L,배양기초시pH 치위8.0,접충비례위4%,우35°C、180 r/min 조건하배양60 h,가획득최가강해,결합실제생산,장배양온도정위30℃;재상술우화조건하,Bs -15대초감련이병알염적강해솔가체70%좌우。
In order to study the biodegradation of glyphosate by Bacillus subtilis Bs -15,the capacity of Bs -15 to degrade glyphosate isopropylamine was acclimated,the culture conditions were optimized,and the degradation rate of Bs -15 to glyphosate isopropylamine was determined in this paper.The results showed that the maximum concentration that Bs -15 could tolerate was up to 40 000 mg/L.Under the conditions of no more than 10 000 mg/L of glyphosate isopropylamine,8.0 of pH value,4% of inoculation proportion,the op-timal degradation occurred when cultured at 35°C and 180 r/min for 60 hours.The culture temperature was adjusted to 30°C to be more feasible in productivity.Under the above optimum conditions,the degradation rate of Bs -15 to glyphosate isopropylamine could reach about 70%.
