In Bashu contemporary poetic circles, famous poets and poetic theorists-Liu Shahe, Lu Jin and Huang Zhongmo were respected as "Three Veterans" because of their age, experience, achievements and influence.They made important contributions both in their poetry creation, poetic research, poetry criticism, the construction of Bashu contemporary poem and promoting cross-strait exchanges of poetry. In the article, it aims to sum up their literary activities and demonstrate their main achievements in this field. It is of gear significance to further promote cross-Taiwan-strait poetry communication and cultural exchange and the flourishing of Chinese poetry in the new century.
