目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年9月至2013年7月吉林省蛟河市河北社区卫生服务中心收治的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者资料100例，按随机数字表法将其分为两组，各50例。对照组患者采用开腹阑尾切除术治疗，观察组患者采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后第1次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，住院费用明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组患者的术后双氯芬酸钠使用率、切口感染率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎患者临床疗效明显，创伤小，有利于患者早日恢复，安全可靠。
목적：탐토복강경란미절제술치료급성화농성란미염환자적림상료효。방법선취2012년9월지2013년7월길림성교하시하북사구위생복무중심수치적급성화농성란미염환자자료100례，안수궤수자표법장기분위량조，각50례。대조조환자채용개복란미절제술치료，관찰조환자채용복강경란미절제술치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과관찰조환자적수술시간、술후제1차하상활동시간、항문배기시간、주원시간균명현단우대조조，주원비용명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）；관찰조환자적술후쌍록분산납사용솔、절구감염솔균명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론채용복강경란미절제술치료급성화농성란미염환자림상료효명현，창상소，유리우환자조일회복，안전가고。
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic appendectomy for acute suppurative appe- ndicitis.Methods Select 100 cases of community health service center of Hebei Province from September 2012 to 2013 July,Jiaohe City,Jilin Province of acute suppurative appendicitis,according to the random number table method were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each.In the control group were treated by open appendectomy surgery,the observation group was treated by laparoscopic resection, were compared between the two groups in operative time,after the first bed activity time,anal exhaust time, hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,postoperative diclofenac sodium use,incision infection.Results Observation group,the operation time,postoperative the first bed activity time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,hospitalization fee was significantly higher than that of the control group;groups of patients with postoperative diclofenac sodium using rate,the rate of incision infection observation were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy for acute suppurative appendicitis,the clinical efficacy is obvious,the trauma is smal,is conducive to the early recovery of patients,safe and reliable.
