目的：探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月至2014年10月山东省济宁医学院附属医院收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者84例，按随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组，各42例。B组患者采用硫酸镁治疗，A组患者在B组基础上口服硝苯地平，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后，A组患者的舒张压、收缩压、24 h尿蛋白均明显低于B组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；A组患者治疗总有效率为90.5%，明显高于B组的76.2%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者疗效明显。
목적：탐토류산미연합초분지평치료임신고혈압종합정환자적림상료효。방법선취2013년10월지2014년10월산동성제저의학원부속의원수치적임신고혈압종합정환자84례，안수궤수자표법장기분위A조화B조，각42례。B조환자채용류산미치료，A조환자재B조기출상구복초분지평，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과치료후，A조환자적서장압、수축압、24 h뇨단백균명현저우B조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）；A조환자치료총유효솔위90.5%，명현고우B조적76.2%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용류산미연합초분지평치료임신고혈압종합정환자료효명현。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods From October 2013 to October 2014 in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical Colege,Shandong Province,84 cases of patients with hypertension,according to the random number table method is divided into A group and B group,each of 42 cases.Group B patients treated with magnesium sulfate,a group of patients in group B on the basis of oral nifedipine,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood pressure,24 h urinary protein,treatment effect.Results After treatment,a group of patients with diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,24 h urinary protein were significantly lower than those in group B,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);patients in group A were treated with total efficiency was 90.5%,was significantly higher than that in group B of 76.2%,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine syndrome curative effect of treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.
