目的：分析探讨妇产科肿瘤患者术后血栓性疾病的发生原因以及治疗方法。方法：选取2010年1月至2014年1月在我院妇产科行肿瘤术并发生术后血栓性疾病的患者35例作为临床研究的观察组，选取同期术后有血栓性疾病倾向的患者35例作为临床研究的对照组。对照组患者给予低分子肝素钠进行治疗，观察组患者给予低分子肝素钠联合华法林钠片进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经过治疗后，两组患者的血红蛋白指标均明显下降，而观察组患者的下降程度明显大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：妇产科肿瘤患者术后血栓性疾病的治疗应以避凝抗凝为主，低分子肝素钠联合华法林可以作为临床治疗的有效药物加以使用。
목적：분석탐토부산과종류환자술후혈전성질병적발생원인이급치료방법。방법：선취2010년1월지2014년1월재아원부산과행종류술병발생술후혈전성질병적환자35례작위림상연구적관찰조，선취동기술후유혈전성질병경향적환자35례작위림상연구적대조조。대조조환자급여저분자간소납진행치료，관찰조환자급여저분자간소납연합화법림납편진행치료。비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：경과치료후，량조환자적혈홍단백지표균명현하강，이관찰조환자적하강정도명현대우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：부산과종류환자술후혈전성질병적치료응이피응항응위주，저분자간소납연합화법림가이작위림상치료적유효약물가이사용。
ObjectiveTo analyze the reasons of the occurrence of thrombotic diseases in patients with gynecological cancer and treatment method. MethodsSelected January 2014 to January 2010 in my courtyard department of gynaecology and obstetrics, surgery and postoperative patients with thrombotic disease 35 cases as a clinical study in the observation group, select the same period of the tendency of thrombosis disease patients 35 cases as clinical study of the control group. The control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium treatment, observe group were given low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with warfarin sodium treatment. To compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment, the hemoglobin and blood platelet index of the two groups were decreased obviously, while the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).ConclusionObstetrics and gynecology tumor patients with postoperative thrombotic disease treatment should be to avoid coagulation anticoagulation based, low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with warfarin can use as an effective drug for the clinical treatment.
