目的:探讨PBL教学法在超声医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用,提高住院医师带教质量。方法选取50名住院医师,25名进入PBL教学带教组,25名进入传统教学组,轮转结束后进行出科考核,比较两组考试成绩,并对住院医师进行问卷调查,综合评估学习质量。结果 PBL 教学组较之传统教学组出科考核成绩显著提高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),PBL小组成员在诊断水平、科研思维能力培养、人文交流沟通等方面能力得到提高,学员及带教老师均对学习效果感到满意;本科学历住院医师在数据库应用、英文文献阅读方面的能力有待提高。结论 PBL 教学法可以提高住院医师考核成绩及学习能力,对于提高住院医师学习质量有促进作用,教学效果良好。

목적:탐토PBL교학법재초성의학주원의사규범화배훈중적응용,제고주원의사대교질량。방법선취50명주원의사,25명진입PBL교학대교조,25명진입전통교학조,륜전결속후진행출과고핵,비교량조고시성적,병대주원의사진행문권조사,종합평고학습질량。결과 PBL 교학조교지전통교학조출과고핵성적현저제고,구유통계학차이(P<0.05),PBL소조성원재진단수평、과연사유능력배양、인문교류구통등방면능력득도제고,학원급대교로사균대학습효과감도만의;본과학력주원의사재수거고응용、영문문헌열독방면적능력유대제고。결론 PBL 교학법가이제고주원의사고핵성적급학습능력,대우제고주원의사학습질량유촉진작용,교학효과량호。
Objectives To discuss the application of PBL teaching method in the standardized clinical teaching of resident doctors in ultrasound medicine department, and improve the quality of teaching. Methods 50 resident doctors were selected in this study, 25 of them were enrolled into PBL teaching group and the other 25 were traditional teaching model group. The examination was arranged to compare the scores of two groups at the end of learning, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the study quality of the resident doctors comprehensively. Results The scores of resident doctors in PBL teaching group were higher than that of in control group. There were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05). The PBL member’s ability to perform diagnosis and scientific research as well as communication was increased. The questionnaire survey showed that the students and the teachers were all satisfied with the PBL teaching method. The resident doctors who have bachelor degree should improve the ability of database application and English literature reading. Conclusions PBL teaching method could improve the examination score and learning ability of resident doctors, which had promotion function in the improvement of learning of them and got well teaching effect.
