目的：分析儿童发生损伤与中毒的外部原因与性别、年龄、地域的关系，探讨预防和控制损伤与中毒的方法，为相关职能部门制定相应防范措施提供依据。方法收集某院2013年1月至2014年7月收治的7353例住院患儿，按ICD-10以出院主要诊断编码在S00-T99的出院患儿资料，进行统计分析。结果儿童损伤与中毒的主要类型是意外跌伤、自然腔口异物、车祸伤、烫伤和中毒等；城市和农村比为1.34：1，男、女比为1.8：1，且1岁～4岁为损伤与中毒好发期。结论随着城市化进程加快，农村劳动力转移，留守儿童的安全问题日益凸显，加强监管，减少意外发生，对保证儿童健康成长具有重要意义。

Objectives To analyze the relationship between the external reasons of injury or poisoning of children with factors such as gender, age and region, as well as investigate the methods of prevention and control of injury or poisoning, thus provide the basis for the formulation of corresponding preventive measures. Methods To conduct an analysis on 7353 cases of hospitalization children whose discharged diagnosis coding was S00-T99 in ICD-10 from January 2013 to July 2014 in a hospital. Results A major cause of childhood injury or poisoning was accidental falls, natural orifice foreign body, traffic accident, burns and poisoning. The ratio of rural and city was 1.34:1, male and female ratio was 1.8:1, and 1 to 4 years old was the high incidence of children injury or poisoning. Conclusions Along with the acceleration of urbanization process as well as the transfer of rural labor force, the safety issues of the left behind children have become increasingly prominent. It is significant to ensure the healthy growth of children by strengthen supervision and avoid the occurrence of accidents.
