目的充分发挥社区药房窗口药学服务的作用，确保患者用药安全、有效、经济、合理和改善药师与患者的关系。方法通过论述社区药房窗口的药学服务和剖析患者的心理特点，找出和分析两者之间的内在联系。结果社区药房窗口的药学服务是患者所需要的，同时患者对药师提出了更高的服务要求。结论社区药房窗口的药学服务对患者有着重要作用，应该引起我们的重视和关注。

Objective To play the role of community pharmaceutical care pharmacy window, ensuring safety, ef ective, economic and reasonable usage, and to improve the relationship between pharmacists and patients. Methods Through discussing the community pharmacy window of pharmaceutical care and analyze the psychological characteristics of the patients, find out and analyze the internal relations between the two. Results The pharmaceutical care community pharmacy window is needed to patients, patients put forward higher service requirements of pharmacists. Conclusion The community pharmacy window pharmaceutical care plays an important role for the patient, should cause our at ention and concern.
