目的:以三甲医院评审标准为基础,构建一套适合医院临床医师综合评价的指标体系。方法通过召开专家座谈会采用层次分析法,对全院临床医师的工作强度和效率进行全面的综合评价,确定指标体系和各项指标权重。结果评价体系包括一级指标4个,二级指标16个。4个一级指标中医疗质量、专业能力、职业素质和完成绩效的权重分别为0.3072、0.3225、0.1143和0.2563,各级指标均满足一致性检验。结论医生的综合绩效排名与实际专业能力、医疗质量两维度排名基本一致,二级指标中收治人次比率、药占比、医疗缺陷所占的权重较高,是考核评价的重点。

Objective On the basis of the grade assessment standards of Grade A and Tertiary Hospital, to establish a index system suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical physicians in the hospital. Methods Through a symposium held by experts, to make a comprehensive evaluation on the labor intensity and efficiency of all the clinical physicians in the hospital with the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), ensure the index system and identify the weight of them.Results The evaluation system included four first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes. The weight of medical quality, professional ability,professionalism and complete performance were respectively 0.3072, 0.3225, 0.1143 and 0.2563, and all the indexes satisfied the consistency check. Conclusions The comprehensive performance rankings of the doctors, the actual professional ability and the quality of medical treatment were unanimous, the second-level evaluation indexes such as ratio of patients treated, drugs amount and medical related defects accounted for the higher weight, which was the focus of the evaluation.
