在海洋弃井作业中,浅水区域作业是通过转矩陡降判断套管是否切断;而对现场深水套管切割资料研究中发现,在深水座压式弃井作业时,即使套管被切断,转矩也不会突然降低。结合钻柱力学,找出了影响深水套管切割转矩的因素及深水套管切割时转矩组成成分的比例变化规律,指出了不能用转矩作为深水判断标准的原因;建议使用井下动力钻具进行切割,研究结果对深水套管切割技术指标的确定及现场作业有一定的指导意义。

In marine abandonment operations,people judge whether the casing pipe was cut off by the information that the torque became smaller suddenly in the shallow water area.But through analyzing the cutting data in the deep water operations,it found that the torque will not suddenly become smaller even the casing pipe being cut off.Combined with a BHA analysis program,this article analyzes the cause of the torque decline in the process of casing cutting in deep water.It concluded the regular of changes of the torque component ratio during the casing cutting in deep-water and pointed out the reasons of cannot using the torque as the judgment standard in deepwa-ter.It is recommend the use of downhole drilling tools for casing cutting.The research results have certain guiding significance for field operations and the determination of technical indicators of casing cutting off in deepwater.
