目的研究对冠心病住院患者实施舒适护理对患者疾病控制及满意率的影响。方法选取我院近年收治的冠心病住院患者共100例，随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(舒适护理)。对比在不同护理模式下患者血液流变学以及满意度差异性。结果观察组患者血液流变学在护理后改善效果明显更优，且满意率达到100%，对照组满意率仅为88%，各项对比组间差异显著(<0.05)。结论对冠心病住院患者实施舒适护理模式能够有效对其疾病予以控制。

목적연구대관심병주원환자실시서괄호리대환자질병공제급만의솔적영향。방법선취아원근년수치적관심병주원환자공100례，수궤분위대조조(상규호리)여관찰조(서괄호리)。대비재불동호리모식하환자혈액류변학이급만의도차이성。결과관찰조환자혈액류변학재호리후개선효과명현경우，차만의솔체도100%，대조조만의솔부위88%，각항대비조간차이현저(<0.05)。결론대관심병주원환자실시서괄호리모식능구유효대기질병여이공제。
Objective Study the implementation of comfortable nursing in patients with coronary heart disease in hospital for disease control and the influence of the satisfaction of patients.Methods Select our hospital in recent years were a total of 100 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into control group (usual care)and observation group(comfortable nursing).Contrast in dif erent nursing mode as wel as the satisfaction of blood rheology in patients with dif erence.Results Observation group after nursing improvement of blood rheology in patients with significantly bet er,and the satisfaction rate of 100%,the control satisfaction rate is only 88%,the dif erence between the control group significantly ( <0.05).Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing to hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)model can ef ectively control to the disease.
