目的：了解通江县大骨节病病区的病情现状，给主管部门制定科学预防与控制策略提供依据。方法：对大骨节病病区1373名7～12岁儿童进行右手X线检查，并对1487名成人进行大骨节病病情调查。结果：2008～2015年儿童临床检出率均为0。成人临床检出率为12.18%，其中Ⅰ度63.77%、Ⅱ度32.83%、Ⅲ度3.40%。结论：通江县大骨节病病区儿童大骨节病病情处在控制控制范围，但成人大骨节病患病率较高，病情较为严重。

Objective Understanding of the disease status of Tongjiang County Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) ward, to the competent authorities to develop strategies to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods KBD area for 1373 children aged 7~12 in the right hand x-ray examination, and 1487 adults KBD investigation.Results Children from 2008 to 2015 clinical detection rate was 0. Adult clinical detection rate 12.18%, of which 63.77%Ⅰ degree, degreeⅡ 32.83%, degreeⅢ3.40%.Conclusions Tongjiang County Children KBD in control of the control range, but adult KBD in patients with a higher rate, the condition is more serious.
