产业结构调整是提升区域竞争力和实现可持续发展的重要保证.基于2004-2013的统计数据,采用偏离份额模型对绵阳市产业结构进行诊断.结果表明:绵阳市三次产业均属全省性增长部门,但是其经济增长主要由产业结构优势支撑,产业竞争力不足制约了经济增长.本文提出走新型现代化农业发展之路,科学选择主导产业,依托科技优势,打造高端产业集群,重视旅游业的关联效应,实现相关产业部门的联动发展.

Industrial restructuring is an important guarantee to enhance regional competitiveness and achieve sustain?able development. Based on 2004-2013 statistics, Shift- share model was used to diagnose Mianyang City industrial structure. The results showed that:three industries of Mianyang City all belong to the provincial growth sectors, but it?seconomic growth is mainly supported by the industrial structure advantages, industrial competitiveness is not enough to constrain the economic growth. This paper proposed to take a new development road of modern agriculture, scientifically select the leading industries, rely on the technological advantages, build high-end industrial clusters, pay attention to the associated effects of tourism, to achieve joint development of related industries and sectors.
