目的：探讨氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合注射用胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月至2014年9月在广东省东莞市第六人民医院就诊的CA患者资料85例，按随机数字表法将患者分为试验组（47例）和对照组（38例）。对照组患者采用氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗，试验组患者在对照组基础上联合注射用胸腺五肽，比较两组患者的治愈率、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论氨基酮戊酸光动力联合注射用胸腺五肽治疗CA疗效好，复发率低，不良反应少，可重复治疗，是治疗CA的理想选择。
목적：탐토안기동무산광동력요법연합주사용흉선오태치료첨예습우（CA）환자적림상료효。방법선취2012년6월지2014년9월재광동성동완시제륙인민의원취진적CA환자자료85례，안수궤수자표법장환자분위시험조（47례）화대조조（38례）。대조조환자채용안기동무산광동력요법치료，시험조환자재대조조기출상연합주사용흉선오태，비교량조환자적치유솔、복발솔급불량반응발생정황。결과시험조환자적치유솔명현고우대조조，복발솔저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론안기동무산광동력연합주사용흉선오태치료CA료효호，복발솔저，불량반응소，가중복치료，시치료CA적이상선택。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of condyloma(CA)by photodynamic therapy combined with injection of five peptides with thymus.Methods Selected June 2012 to 2014 September in Guangdong Province,Dongguan City the Sixth People's Hospital of skin diseases treatment with Ca 85 patients,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the experimental group(47 cases)and control group(38 cases).Control group of patients with topical 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment,the experimental group of patients in the control group on the basis of intramuscular injection with thymopentin,compared two groups of patients with cure rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction incidence.Results The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of,the effect of the combination of five peptides on the treatment of CA is good,the recurrence rate is low,the side effect is little,and the treatment is the ideal choice for the treatment of CA.
