采用高频往复试验机和球柱润滑性评定仪分别考察了环烷酸在喷气燃料中的摩擦学性能,利用EDS能谱对磨斑表面微观形貌及组成进行了扫描分析,并探讨了环烷酸的润滑机理。试验结果表明:环烷酸能有效改善喷气燃料和柴油的润滑性能;环烷酸抗磨剂添加量为80μg/g以上时,既可满足喷气燃料对润滑性的要求,又能兼顾用做柴油时对燃料润滑性的要求。
採用高頻往複試驗機和毬柱潤滑性評定儀分彆攷察瞭環烷痠在噴氣燃料中的摩抆學性能,利用EDS能譜對磨斑錶麵微觀形貌及組成進行瞭掃描分析,併探討瞭環烷痠的潤滑機理。試驗結果錶明:環烷痠能有效改善噴氣燃料和柴油的潤滑性能;環烷痠抗磨劑添加量為80μg/g以上時,既可滿足噴氣燃料對潤滑性的要求,又能兼顧用做柴油時對燃料潤滑性的要求。

Tri?bological behaviors of naphthenic acids as the anti?wear additive in jet fuel were evaluated on the high frequen?cy reciprocating rig (HFRR) and the ball?on?cylinder lubricity evaluator (BOCLE). The worn steel surface and its components were analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The lubricating mechanism of naphthenic acids was also discussed. It was found that naphthenic acid was effective to improve lubricity of jet fuel and diesel. While dealing with naphthenic acid at concentration above 80μg/g, the lubricity requirement of diesel and jet fuel was also satisfied.
