采用多物质ALE算法,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS/LS?DYNA建立了坑道内爆炸冲击波的三维数值计算模型。通过与试验实测数据对比,分析了网格尺寸、人工黏性系数、坑道长度等对数值计算结果的影响规律。结果表明:网格尺寸和人工黏性系数对计算结果的影响较大;坑道出口产生的稀疏波会使数值计算结果失真,数值计算时坑道长度宜为所研究测点到爆炸源距离的1.5倍。冲击波超压峰值和冲量计算值与试验实测值的最大误差分别为8.9%和3.1%。

By means of multi?material ALE algorithm, the 3D numerical model of blast wave in tunnel is established with the dynamic finite element software ANSYS/LS?DYNA. Compared with the experimental data, the influence rules of mesh size and bulk viscosity coefficients and the length of tunnel on computational accuracy are analyzed. The results show that mesh size and bulk viscosity coefficients have great influence on the calculated value and the rarefaction from tunnel exit will distort the numerical calculation result. It is appropriate for the length of tunnel to be as 1.5 times long as the distance between the gauging point and the shotpoint. The maximum deviation between the calculated value of shock wave overpressure and impulse and the measured value is 8.9%and 3.1%respectively.
