针对商品配送承运商使用中面临的风险，商品生产企业不仅需要采用招标、关键绩效指标、管控中心、抵押金等多种监控考核方式管理配送承运商，强化配送承运商满足商品生产企业配送需求的能力，还应通过信息模型的代入，在配送承运商选择之初即降低相应的风险。为降低配送承运商风险，为第三方商品配送承运商选择提供贴近实际需求、降低配送风险的建议，文章以信任模型为基础，引入业务承载能力和承运商财务抗压能力，通过调整配送承运商持续业务能力主要影响因子，提出了待售商品配送承运商选择评价模型。以云南某商品生产企业历史数据进行假设检验，研究结果显示，调整影响因子后的信任模型适用于商品配送承运商选择问题，可提高商品生产企业在配送承运商合作中的保障，提高操作弹性和配送业务结算的灵活性，缓解现金流压力，防止配送承运商财务问题所导致的业务领域突发事件的产生。

To avoid the risk brought by commodity distribution agents,the manufacturers should not only adopt different kinds of supervising and evaluating measures to strengthen the agents’capability for meeting their requirements,but also adopt information model to reduce related risks in the beginning stage of shortlisting the agents. To reduce the related risks,and provide appropriate suggestions for the manufacturers in shortlisting their agents,the authors put forward the evaluating and shortlisting model of commodity distribution agents. The authors also test the result with the help of the history data of one manufacturer in Yunnan. It shows that:the trust model with adjusted impact factors is more suitable to shortlisting commodity distribution agents;it can provide more guarantee for the cooperation,provide more flexibility,relieve some cash flow pressure,and prevent some emergencies.
