探讨民族传统体育专业大学生的动态平衡能力是否存在专项和性别差异。对40名民族传统体育专业大学生进行3种不同难度的动态平衡能力测试和动态平衡游戏测试。在低难度和高难度动态能力测试中,民族传统体育专业武术套路和散打专项的大学生的动态平衡能力得分没有显著性差异( P>0.05);在中等难度测试中套路专项的大学生的动态平衡能力得分为27682.68,散打得分为26117.22,两者间存在显著差异( P=0.046);在游戏测试中,套路专项的大学生的动态平衡能力得分为440.83,散打得分为331.67,两者间存在显著差异( P=0.012)。在3种难度动态能力和游戏测试中男女大学生的得分均不存在显著性差异( P>0.05)。武术套路大学生的动态平衡能力高于武术散打的大学生,动态平衡能力不存在性别差异。

This study was conducted to examine whether there was difference in the dynamic balance ability of the college students majoring traditional national sport between specializing in Wushu routine and specializing in Sanda. The influence of gender on the dynamic balance ability was also explored. 40 college students majoring traditional national sport were recruited. The dynamic balance ability tests of three different difficulty levels and the dynamic game tests respectively were performed. The scores in the dynamic balance ability tests from low level difficulty and high level difficulty were not significantly different between Wushu routine students and Sanda students( P>0 . 05 ). The score of Wushu routine students was 27682 . 68 and the score of Sanda students was 26117 . 22 in the dynamic balance ability tests from medium level difficulty. There was significant difference between Wushu routine students and Sanda students( P=0 . 046 ). The score of Wushu routine students was 440 . 83 and the score of Sanda students was 331. 67 in the dynamic game tests balance ability tests. There was significant difference between Wushu routine students and Sanda students( P=0 . 012 ). There were not significant difference in dynamic balance ability between male students and female students(P>0. 05)in all tests. The dynamic balance ability of Wushu routine students was better than Sanda students. There was no significant gender difference in the dynamic balance ability.
