Jinjiang River%Bellamya purificata%biological characters
采用形态观测和生物统计学方法,对锦江河野生梨形环棱螺基本生物学特性进行研究,结果表明:壳高、壳宽、螺旋部长、壳口长、厣径、鲜重、壳口宽、鲜肉重、干肉重、厣重之间存在明显的相关关系.壳高与壳宽、壳高与壳口长、壳高与螺旋部高、壳高与鲜重、壳高与厣重、壳高与鲜肉重、壳高与干肉重、壳口宽与厣径的回归关系分别为:y 壳宽=1.333x 壳高0.784、y 壳口长=1.242x 壳高0.74、y 螺旋部高=0.407x 壳高1.126、y 鲜重=0.01x 壳高2.454、y 厣重=3.707x 壳高1.854、y 鲜肉重=0.01x 壳高2.288、y 干肉重=2.119x 壳高2.929、y 厣径=0.945x 壳口宽1.064,梨形环棱螺的含肉率在28.6%一35.5%之间,成螺后的净肉比例减少.通过系统聚类,得出 7 个样点中的梨形环棱螺可以分为上中游和下游2大类.

The basic biological characters of wild Bellamya purificata were analyzed by morphological characters and biological statistics. The results showed that there were distinct relationships between shell height, shell width, spiral of height, aperture length, operculum diameter, total weight, shell aperture height, moisture flesh weight, dry flesh weight, operculum weight, and the regression equations of shell height and shell width, shell height and aperture length, shell height and spiral of height, shell height and total weight, shell height and operculum weight, shell height and moisture flesh weight, shell height and dry flesh weight, shell aperture height and operculum diameter were: yshel width=1.333x shel height 0.784、y aperture length=1.242xshel height 0.74、y spiral of height=0.407xshel height 1.126、ytotal weight=0.01xshel height 2.454、yoperculum weight=3.707xshel height 1.854、ymoisture flesh weight=0.01xshel height 2.288、ydry flesh weight=2.119xshel height 2.929、yoperculum diameter=0.945xshel aperture height 1.064,The percentage of muscle was 28.6%-35.5%, and the net muscle percent of adult decreased obviously with growing old. The methods of hierarchical cluster analysis showed highest similarity from the upper and middle reaches of Jinjiang River and contrasted with the lower reach which from seven collection spots of theBellamya purificata.
