在食品供应链中，超市与食品生产者是不可或缺的环节，而第三方质量检测服务机构的加入更能保证食品安全。对于三方构成的供应链，可用经典萨普利模型进行利润分配分析，使各成员企业间的利润分配达到最优。同时，在考虑供应链面临的内生风险和外生风险，并以灰色关联度评价法对风险评估基础上，对经典萨普利模型进行了改造，使供应链成员企业间利润分配与其承担的风险相适应。

Supermarkets and food producers are the necessary links of food supply chain;and the participation of the third party,the quality testing service providers,can help guarantee the food safety,too. For supply chains with the three parties,we can analyze the profit distribution of that with the help of Shapley Allocation Model to optimize that among different member enterprises. At the same time,with the consideration of internal and external risk facing the supply chain,and based on risk evaluation by grey relation analysis,the author modifies the classical Shapley Allocation Model to make profit distribution among member enterprises to be suitable to the risks they assume.
