输电线路状态评估可以为输电线路的维护和检修提供可靠的参考依据。为了确保输电线路安全可靠运行,构建了较为完整的输电线路评价指标体系,提出了基于层次分析( analytic hierarchy process, AHP)和模糊综合评判( fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, FCE)的输电线路状态评估方法。利用九标度层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,通过模糊综合评判,得出输电线路状态综合评判结果。将AHP 和模糊综合评判方法相结合,既能克服层次分析法中指标不易量化的主观性,又能避免模糊综合评判方法对指标权重的忽视,为解决复杂的输电线路状态评估等多因素决策问题提供一定的借鉴。

State evaluation of power transmission lines can provide reference for their maintenance and repair. To ensure the safe and reliable operation of transmission lines and build a relatively more complete evaluation index system of transmission lines, the evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) and fuzzy compre?hensive evaluation is proposed. All the index weights were determined by nine-scale AHP and the state evaluation results for power transmission line were obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method not only overcomes the subjectivity of the index of AHP that is not easy to quanti?fy, but also avoids the neglect of index weight induced by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and thus has some implication for complex multi?factor decision?making problems such as state evaluation of power transmission lines.
