为研究交流工作电压下染污方式对复合绝缘子覆冰及电气特性的影响规律,该文在人工气候室内分别对两种染污方式下的220 kV复合绝缘子进行了人工雨凇带电和不带电覆冰试验研究,分析了电场、染污方式和染污程度对220 kV复合绝缘子覆冰和闪络特性的影响规律。结果表明:带电条件下染污方式和染污程度对绝缘子覆冰外观、覆冰重量、冰层电导率和水膜电导率均有明显的影响,覆冰闪络时电弧路径、颜色和直径也存在一定的差异,导致带电覆冰时覆冰水电导率法(icing-water-conductivity method,IWCM)下的闪络电压高于不带电时,而固体涂层法(solid-layer method,SLM)下则刚好相反;两种染污方式间的等价性关系与覆冰期是否带电有明显的关系,在相同的盐密(salt deposit density,SDD)下,带电覆冰时其等效的覆冰水电导率(γ20)高于不带电时。

ABSTRACT:To research the influence rule of pollution methods on ice accretion and electrical characteristics of composite insulator under AC working voltage, artificial glaze energized icing and non-energized icing experimental study of 220 kV composite insulator with the two pollution methods were conducted in artificial climate chamber. The influence rule of electric field, pollution methods, pollution degree on ice accretion and flashover performance of 220kV composite insulator were analyzed. Test results show that the ice appearance,ice weight,ice layer conductivity,water film conductivity of insulator are significantly affected by polluting methods and degree under energized condition; the arc path, color, diameter present some differences when ice flashover, it causes the flashover voltage of icing-water-conductivity method (IWCM) under energized icing is higher than the values under non-energized icing, however, the solid-layer method (SLM) is opposite; the equivalence relationship between the two pollution methods have obvious relationship with energized or not in ice accretion ages, when the salt deposit density(SDD) are the same, the equivalent value of icing-water-conductivity(γ20) under energized icing is higher than that of non-energized icing.
