基于构建现代学徒制培养体系和提高人才培养质量的需要，罗定职业技术学院电子商务专业结合本院实际情况，从引入真实项目化的课程设置、选择合适的学徒制试点合作企业、师徒式的师生关系，以及运行学徒制过程中出现的岗位轮换和监控考核问题与建议等方面，探讨提高现代学徒制电子商务专业人才培养的有关措施。

Based on the needs of constructing the modern apprenticeship training system and improving the quality of personnel training, with its actual situation, Luoding Vocational and Technical College discusses the relevant measures to improve E-commerce talents cultivation about modern apprenticeship in terms of leading into curriculum setting on real projection, choosing suitable and cooperative apprenticeship enterprises, relationship between teachers and students, questions and suggestions of job shift and monitoring or evaluation during the course of its apprenticeship operation.
