高职教育目标和高职英语教学要求决定了高职英语教学应以培养学生的英语职业能力为核心,通过理论教学和实践教学来培养学生的英语职业能力。可是,当前的高职英语教学中实训教学环节非常薄弱,实训教学效果甚微,从而导致了高职毕业生的英语能力无法满足毕业后的工作岗位需求。因此,现有高职英语教学亟待改革。本文在建构主义理论和能力本位教育理念(CBE)的指导下,以所在院校某专业学生为受试对象,以为他们开设的高职英语课程为研究对象,基于调研结果,依托所在院校在实训室建设、学生社团活动、技能大赛,特别是创新创业项目建设方面的优势资源,提出了一套旨在提高学生英语职业能力的实训教学体系和实施方案。

According to the aim of vocational education and the requirement of vocational English teaching,the vocational Eng-lish course should cultivate students'professional English ability by means of theoretical study and practical training practice. However,the practical training plays a little role in current vocational English teaching course and the effect is not effective, which makes vocational college graduates cannot meet the need of their future work.Therefore,the current vocational English teaching needs to reform.Guided by constructivism and capability -based educational idea,the article carries out a sample vo-cational English teaching study of a group of college students in the author's college based on the college's practical training classroom resources,the students'societies,the students'competitions,and the students'innovation and entrepreneurship"pro-grams,and then puts forwards a set of practical training teaching system and enforcement plan for vocational English course in order to improve the professional English ability of vocational college students.
