圆柱滚子工作表面及次表面的应力状态对轴承的使用寿命和早期剥落有直接影响,为此对圆柱滚子进行了强化处理试验。结果表明:强化处理后,滚子的表面应力和次表面应力均为压应力;与未强化处理的产品相比,强化处理的滚子次表面压应力明显增加;随着强化时间的延长,表面变质层深度有一定的增加。
圓柱滾子工作錶麵及次錶麵的應力狀態對軸承的使用壽命和早期剝落有直接影響,為此對圓柱滾子進行瞭彊化處理試驗。結果錶明:彊化處理後,滾子的錶麵應力和次錶麵應力均為壓應力;與未彊化處理的產品相比,彊化處理的滾子次錶麵壓應力明顯增加;隨著彊化時間的延長,錶麵變質層深度有一定的增加。

The stress state of working surface and subsurface for cylindrical rollers has a direct effect on service life and early spalling of bearings.Therefor,the strengthening process test is carried out for cylindrical rollers.The results show that the surface stress and subsurface stress of rollers are compressive stress after strengthening process.The compres-sive stress of subsurface is obviously larger than that before strengthening process.The depth of surface metamorphic layer is certainly increased with the increase of strengthening time.
