介绍半钢子午线轮胎胎面挤出口型板的设计.根据胶料在通过流道和口型时的压力和速度,采用型面曲线法设计胎面挤出口型板.型面曲线法设计的口型板挤出胎面平整,均匀性和对称性好.除平面形胎面挤出口型板外,锯齿形、阶梯形和渐变形胎面挤出口型板也可采用型面曲线法设计.

In this study, the extrusion die for the tire tread of semi-steel radial tire was designed. Based on the pressure and speed of the compound through the flow channel and extrusion die, the extrusion die was designed using the proifle curve method. The extrusion test results showed that the extruded tread possessed good appearance, uniformity and symmetry. This design method was effective not only for lfat-type tread extrusion die, but also for other types of tread extrusion die, such as zigzag type, stepped and gradient-shaped tread.
