采用橡胶再生还原助剂(简称橡胶再生剂)RV2对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶粉和废轮胎胎面胶粉进行再生.结果表明:橡胶再生剂RV2用量为2.5份,经高速搅拌塑化机在60 ℃下搅拌及浸润5 min,在RV工艺橡胶自动翻炼机上混炼5 min,NR硫化胶粉再生效果好;橡胶再生剂RV2用量为2.5份,经过高速搅拌机搅拌及浸润(最终温度60 ℃),通过双螺杆挤出机和单螺杆挤出机的机械剪切作用,胎面胶粉的再生效果好;胎面胶粉再生橡胶与NR的亲和性佳,20~30份胎面胶粉再生橡胶等量替代NR的胶料物理性能较好.采用橡胶再生剂RV2还原胶粉工艺简单,无废水和废气产生.

In this study, the cured NR and waste tire tread powder were reclaimed using rubber reclaiming agent RV2. It was found that when the amount of RV2 was 2.5 phr, good reclaiming result was achieved for cure NR by mixing in plasticator at 60 ?C for 5 min and milling for another 5 min. For recycled powder of tire tread compound, the optimal amount of RV2 was also 2.5 phr, and after mixing in a high speed mixer, the rubber powder was effectively reclaimed through mechanical shear using either twin-screw extruder or single-screw extruder. Further test results revealed that the compatibility between the reclaimed rubber and NR was good, and the physical properties of the NR compound with 20~30 phr of reclaimed rubber were good. Moreover, the production process of RV2 was simple without waste water or waste gas.
