校院二级管理模式既是世界高校管理的潮流，也是我国高校内部体制改革的大趋势。民办高校实行以二级学院为中心的管理体制，既要牢牢把握改革创新的标准，又要不断完善、优化管理体制，使得二级学院管理机制高效运转，从而促进民办高等教育事业良性发展。

Second - level Management model is a trend for both management of universities in the world and internal management reform of universities in China . To implement a management system with second - level schools as the center ,private colleges and universities must firmly grasp the standard of reform and innovation ,and also continue to optimize the management system ,so as to improve the efficience of the management mechanism and promote the healthy development of private higher education .
