采用问卷调查对体育免费师范生的创新能力及其影响因素进行研究,探索性因素分析表明:体育免费师范生创新能力包含器材与教具创新、教材创新、教学创新、课外知识拓展创新、研究应用创新5个维度;验证性因素分析表明5因素结构模型拟合度较好,体育免费师范生创新能力问卷具有较好的信、效度,可作为后续研究的测量工具。当前刚入职的体育免费师范生的创新能力属于中等水平。回归分析表明:专业能力、教学环境、专业精神、专业知识对体育免费师范生创新能力的影响强度依次下降。建议重点加强体育免费师范生专业能力的培养,同时兼顾其他3个因素发展以提升其创新能力。

By means of questionnaire survey, the authors studied the innovation ability of free physical education (PE) normal students and its affecting factors. Exploratory factor analysis indicates that the innovation ability of free PE normal students contains such 5 dimensions as PE equipment and teaching tool innovation, PE textbook innova-tion, PE teaching innovation, PE extracurricular knowledge expansion and innovation, and PE research application innovation. Confirmatory factor analysis indicates that the 5-factor structural model has a good degree of fitting, and that free PE normal student innovation ability questionnaire has good reliability and validity, can be used as a meas-urement tool for follow-up research. Currently the innovation ability of newly enrolled free PE normal students is average. Regression analysis indicates that the intensities of influence of professional ability, teaching environment, professional spirit and professional knowledge on the innovation ability of free PE normal students decrease in the same order. The authors proposed to primarily strengthen the cultivation of the professional ability of free PE nor-mal students, and to concurrently develop the other 3 factors, so as to boost their innovation ability.
