大学生体质健康是全社会共同关注的话题，也是学校教育的重要组成部分。《国家学生体质健康标准》是学生体质健康监测的评价依据，在促进学生体质健康发展、激励学生积极进行科学体育锻炼方面起到重要的作用。以2014年修订的《国家学生体质健康标准》为依据，结合湖州职业技术学院20122014近三年体质健康测试数据，了解学生体质健康状况，并提出促进学生体质健康发展的干预措施。

College Students’physical health is not only the topic of common concerns,but also an important part of school education.Nation-al Student Physical Health Standard is the basis of the students’physical health evaluation,which plays an important role in promoting the development of students’physical health and the activity of carrying out physical exercise.Based on the 2014 Edition of National Student Physical Health Standard,and combined with the data of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College Student Physical Health Survey from 2012 to 2014,the paper analyzes the physical health condition of college student,and then puts forward some proposals to improve students’ physical health.
