为了解决某矿深部不规则孤岛工作面因冲击地压影响开采的问题,结合某矿T1391不规则孤岛工作面的实际情况,分析了孤岛工作面回采过程开采顺序引起的覆岩空间结构变化、应力分布、能量积聚,确定对 T1391采用大小面整体间歇式开采顺序,以便有序释放能量,实现冲击能量的可控性;通过数值模拟确定了小面超前大面的开采顺序,降低了应力集中和能量积聚,减小了两面之间煤柱的冲击地压。对具有冲击危险的超前煤柱采取动态爆破技术进行卸压处理,减小了煤柱开采期间的冲击危险,使得工作面安全推采。
為瞭解決某礦深部不規則孤島工作麵因遲擊地壓影響開採的問題,結閤某礦T1391不規則孤島工作麵的實際情況,分析瞭孤島工作麵迴採過程開採順序引起的覆巖空間結構變化、應力分佈、能量積聚,確定對 T1391採用大小麵整體間歇式開採順序,以便有序釋放能量,實現遲擊能量的可控性;通過數值模擬確定瞭小麵超前大麵的開採順序,降低瞭應力集中和能量積聚,減小瞭兩麵之間煤柱的遲擊地壓。對具有遲擊危險的超前煤柱採取動態爆破技術進行卸壓處理,減小瞭煤柱開採期間的遲擊危險,使得工作麵安全推採。

To solve the problem that the mining process of deep and irregular island working face in a certain mine was influenced by rock burst,the space structure changes,stress distribu-tion and energy accumulation of overlying strata caused by mining sequence in mining process of island working face were analyzed according to the actual situations of the T1 3 9 1 face,it con-firmed that the intermission mining method for both the big face and the small face was adopted in the T1 3 9 1 face,which could release energy orderly and realize the controllability of impact en-ergy. Through numerical simulation,it indicated that the small face mined staying ahead of the big face could reduce the stress concentration and energy accumulation,and decrease the rock burst of coal pillar between two faces. The dynamic blasting technique was adopted for advance coal pillar with burst risk to release the pressure,so that it could reduce the burst risk during coal pillar mining and ensure the safe mining.
