根据2011年环保产业调查统计，我国目前环保产业在技术基础、供给能力及环境服务市场方面均取得了长足进步，在环保新常态、新政策、新举措的推动下，市场容量和需求仍然无比广阔。然而环保产业的发展仍存在着诸多问题，如新政策内容亟待完善、环保潜在市场释放有限、市场平等竞争的规范、党委政府责任制落实问题等，针对存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方案和具体措施，并对国家相关政策的完善进行了深刻的思考、提出了积极的建议。
