以焦宝石、废旧镁碳砖为主要原料,采用纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,硼玻璃、锂辉石为复合烧结剂制备钢包包沿料,研究了镁碳砖再生料和硼玻璃加入量对材料性能的影响。工业应用试验表明:加入15%的镁碳砖再生料及0.5%~1%的硼玻璃时,材料性能最好,可以显著提升钢包包沿料的使用质量,研究开发使用后耐火材料再利用技术,不仅可节约矿产资源和能源,大大降低耐火材料的生产成本,还可减少环境污染。

Flint, magnesia carbon brick, as the main raw material, pure calcium aluminate cement as binding agents, boron glass and spodumene as composite sintering agent, ladle along the material are prepared. The MgO-C recycled materials and borosilicate glass addition on material properties are studied. The application test showed that: the addition of 15% renewable materials bricks 0.5%~1% of borosilicate glass, the material properties is best, with high strength, slag release and good thermal shock resistance of both the refractory castable. The refractory recycling technology can significantly enhance the use of quality materials ladle along, not only can save the national mineral resources and energy , but also can reduce environmental pollution and greatly reduce the cost of refractories.
