定伸应力是橡胶力学性能的重要表征。2015年1月以来，SBR-1500E 成品胶300%定伸应力多批分析结果低于标准指标，主要表现为：橡胶力学性能测试结果同时波动，尤以25 min 定伸应力的波动幅度大，且低于指标下限多次。对异常现象进行了分析，查找波动原因。

Tensile stress is an important index of mechanics properties. Since JAN 2015, tensile stress of batches of SBR-1500E products cannot meet the standard, it is epitomized that the mechanics analysis results of products have been undulate, especially tensile stress at 25 min, and some analysis results are lower than the standard. In this paper, these phenomena were analyzed for searching for the causes.
