由于萤石资源危机,氟化钙的人工制备日渐受到关注。目前,氟化钙制备按照其原料的不同,主要分为工业成品和工业废料/副产物两类。利用工业成品为原料制备的氟化钙大部分是纳米级的,主要应用于医药、电子等一些要求较高的领域,而以工业废料为原料制备的氟化钙则主要用于氟化工及相关产业。简要介绍了以不同原料制备氟化钙的工艺,并就当前研究现状与政策提出了建议。

Since the fluorite resource crisis, the artificial preparation of calcium fluoride has been concerned by many researchers. The preparation methods are divided into two categories: industrial products and industrial wastes/byproducts according to different raw materials. The former products are mostly nanoscale powder and are used in medicine, electronics and so on. The latter products are mainly applied into fluorine chemicals and related industry. In this paper, different preparation processes with different raw materials were introduced, and some advices on process research were proposed.
