The authors introduced situation of Xinj ulong Company which has burdens of heavy plant assets,difficult of maintaining and high cost of operation. According to measures of continuously promoting light-asset allocation,humanized usage and low cost operation,the com-pany is achieving construction mature management mode of equipment and reducing plant asset, new purchase equipment,idle equipment,and some costs,such as operation costs,electrome-chanical accident rate and maintenance costs. Furthermore,rate of comprehensive utilization of equipment is raising,life-time dilation of accessories service cycle and equipment utilization are longer which guaranteed the company achieving the goal of gaining surplus and enhancing effects.
